Instructions for Authors

These instructions apply to the camera-ready versions for the BNAIC'09 proceedings.

LaTeX users: use this package containing:

  • The bnaic.sty style file to be used with the article document class
  • The files authorinstr.tex and mybibfile.bib containing directions and examples

MS Word users: use this file as an example/template. In the end, your document should look exactly like it.

Papers and demonstration summaries should be submitted electronically meeting the corresponding deadlines. Each submission should belong to one of the three types (A, B or C). You'll also need to provide an abstract of the paper in plain text. Proper receipt of submissions will be acknowledged by e-mail.
Submission implies willingness of at least one author to register for BNAIC'09 and present the paper. For each paper, a separate author registration is required.
Authors keep the copyright of their submissions.
The BNAIC Proceedings are published under ISSN series number 1568-7805.

Paper Submission

Papers should be submitted electronically using EasyChair online submission system. The papers must be prepared following the paper submission format. Please see Instructions for Authors for further details. Please, note that only PDF format of submissions is allowed.

Submission through EasyChair requires that an account in the system be created by a prospective author first. In order to create a new account, select the "I have no EasyChair account" option and follow the instructions given. When submitting, please, select an appropriate submission category (A, B, or C; research or industry). Please tick "Student paper" if you like your submission to be considered in the Best Student Paper nomination. (Student must be the first (or the only) author.)
