Conference Venue
The BNAIC 2009 conference is held at the Eindhoven University of Technology, Auditorium Building (highlighted on the map, you can check campus map for the details).
Eindhoven is easy to reach from BENELUX and Europe. Basic directions and the map of the campus can be found here.
Travelling:

 By Car: Participants who want to come by car are strongly advised to take a look at http://www.bereikbaar.eindhoben.nl for the most recent information concerning the road construction works near Eindhoven.

Accomodation:
the prospective attendees are advised to arrange the accommodation on their own. There are differently priced hotels located within a walking distance from the conference venue including e.g. Holiday Inn Eindhoven, Crown Hotel, Park Plaza Mandarin Eindhoven, Sofitel Cocagne Eindhoven, Queen and others.

Conference Dinner:
Conference dinner will take place in Karpendonkse Hoeve restaurant (20 minutes walk from the Conference Venue).
